1. Toontimer can now be used as a FRAME CALCULATOR! Type a frame count in any of the fields and click on the yellow "=" button beside that field. The other fields will update showing the equivalent value! NOTE: When typing timecode into the "SMPTE" field use the form 00:00:00.00 making sure to use a " . " instead of a " : " between the seconds digits and the frames digits! Also the numeric keypad does not work. You must type values in using the 0-9 keys on the top row of your keyboard.
2. Conversion to SMPTE timecode in either NTSC or PAL modes! Choose between drop frame or non-drop frame settings.
3. Added 25fps PAL conversion field!
4. New QuickStop, single-mouse-click stopwatch control!
How To Guide:
Frame Calculator: Type a frame count in any of the fields and click on the yellow "=" button beside that field. The other fields will update showing the equivalent value!
SMPTE Timecode Settings: Toggle the "NDF" button, short for non-drop frame to switch the SMPTE field to drop-frame mode ( "DF"). Also toggle between PAL and NTSC modes by clicking on the appropriate blue button. The SMPTE field defaults to NTSC (29.97 fps) and non-drop frame ("NDF").
Converting Frames: Pressing the 1's, 2's, 3's, or 4's buttons will auto divide the frame count to the equivalent number of frames that would be needed to represent the time segment at 1's, 2's, 3's or 4's.
